| The materials of autoclaved flyash-lime brick are very rich, and its production technology is relatively simple. At the same time, autoclaved flyash-lime brick is beneficial to the environmental protection and has excellent performance. So autoclaved flyash-lime brick is considered as one of the substitute for solid clay brick and fired perforated clay brick. In order to promote autoclaved flyash-lime brick steadily and set the national standards about autoclaved flyash-lime brick, the mechanical properties of the masonry made of autoclaved flyash-lime bricks with blind hole are tested and analyzed as follows:(1) Based on the test results of the masonry made of autoclaved flyash-lime bricks with blind hole under compression, the compressive deformation performance, destructive characters and intensity theory about the masonry is discussed.(2) Based on the test results of the masonry made of autoclaved flyash-lime bricks with blind hole under shear, the shear destructive characters and shear strength is studied. Moreover, the regression analysis and corresponding proposed formula about the masonry are made.(3) Based on the regression analysis of the experimental data, the standard value and planned value of compression strength and shear strength are proposed, and the results in this paper can provide reference for the code about the masonry made of autoclaved flyash-lime bricks with blind hole.The analyzing means of this paper is based on the experiments. The experimental study on the basic dynamic performance of the masonry made of autoclaved flyash-lime bricks with blind hole can not only help us know all kinds of bearing performance of the blind hole of flyash-lime brick masonry, promote the wide use of the new wall material, but also provide experimental and theoretical basis for instituting corresponding criterion and correlative technique regulations. |
