The development of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology was seen as the second revolution in the architecture industry,bringing architectural design from 2D to 3D,and gradually recognized and applied.In view of the deep foundation of AutoCAD in the construction industry,most of the architectural design is drawing to using CAD.But now in order to save the original two-dimensional drawings,it prompted the relevant professionals to build BIM model based on the drawings.Emerging technology development has its own process,many companies still choose CAD design,and then build BIM model.At present,the way of building BIM models is built manually,and this way has many complex and repetitive jobs.The construction process takes a lot of time,resulting in inefficiency.So,the problem how to improve the efficiency of BIM modeling has become an urgent need to solve.Therefore,the paper combines Auto CAD and Secondary development technology of Revit to achieve three-dimensional reconstruction based on floor plan.The paper is as follows:1)Extracting data on floor plans.According to the architectural drawing standard,the drawings to be studied are pretreated.Combined with AutoCAD secondary development technology,developed a software that is automatically extracting CAD data,easy to extract the data on floor plans.2)Building element identification.According to the basic drawing characteristics of the wall,the clockwise depth first search algorithm is used to identify the wall.And the algorithm of an adaptive block contour extraction of the wall is adopted to solve the problem of wall breaking after identification.Comparing efficiency that the number of different average points in the grids.The experimental results show that the calculated average points are the most efficient.And comparing efficiency that the datasegmentation proposed in the literature and the adaptive block method proposed in this paper.The experimental results show that the efficiency of adaptive block is higher,and with the increase of the coordinate points in the building plan,the effect is more obvious.Finally,according to the characteristics of doors and windows,doors and windows were identified.3)Learning methods of reconstruction method on the wall,windows and doors in Revit API.Combined with the secondary development technology of Revit,achieved the three-dimensional reconstruction of floor plan to using the algorithm of reconstruction of the large batch of walls on Visual Studio 2012.NET platform.And extracting the information of the BIM model.The experimental results show that the three-dimensional reconstruction based on BIM not only simplifies the operation,but also improves the efficiency,which has played a positive role in shortening the project cycle time.
