| As the foundation engineering,projects of power grid construction need vast investment and require high quality.The construction involves in civil engineering,electrical engineering and other professions.In addition,the mangeinent on site is extremely difficult,and the construction technology is highly complex,so quality control makes it very crucial during the process of construction.However,due to the lax quality control on the key parts of construction,some projects of power grid construction have had equipment failures in delivery operation and triggered off power failures.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of projects of power grid construction,the author takes the quality control of the key points of project construction as the breakthrough point to study in this paper.Firstly,the author summarized some important theories such as TQM(Total Quality Management),ZD(Zero Defect),Six Sigma,and types,methods of quality control;expounds on the management methods and characteristics of QC of power grid construction projects.The above methods paved the way for the research of this paper.Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey,the author had concluded the subject matter existing in the control of construction quality of power grid construction projects,and analyzed the core of construction quality control,which was the control of the key parts.Thirdly,the paper was built on these three methods of "Witness","Hold" and"Standby",coming forward another set of methods to strengthen the key parts of construction quality control,and designed the carrier and procedure ot implementation according to the field situation,which was called WHS in the paper.Finally,the method was applied to the Niuzhai-Congxi HVDC transmission project,and the process and effect of the method were demonstrated.The paper was directly provided a set of effective methods for the construction quality control of power grid projects,at the same time,it also has certain reference value to the power system and other fields. |
