Since the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo,structure of Chinese space technology has been further developed.With the need for political,cultural and other fields,all kinds of physical enormous,complex structure and artistic sense,varied and unique shape of the number of large and complex structures to increase year by year.However,the increasingly prominent contradiction between the rapid development of the construction industry and the structural safety of the building can not be ignored in recent years,engineering accidents are common.Improper design and construction of non-compliance,the latter for the long process of using influence and natural factors will inevitably lead to material degradation,damage and destruction of the structure.These large structures safety issues directly related to social stability and people’s lives and property.Structural health monitoring technology is an effective means of access to relevant information through the structure,to detect structural damage,you can monitor and assess the actual condition of the structure during the construction phase and the use phase,has become a hot topic in recent years in the field of civil engineering.Shenyang Cultural Arts Center project is a landmark project in Shenyang,the importance of high structural engineering strict quality requirements.Hall part of the structure of large span,long cantilevered spatial structure,construction and complex.The use of advanced technology slow bonded prestressed need to further strengthen the construction quality control.To ensure the safety of the concert hall part of the structure during the construction period and the use of its monitoring.In this paper,some of the projects of slow bonded prestressed structural construction and monitoring of the use of the in-depth study of specific work includes the following aspects:(1)Shenyang Cultural Arts Center Concert Hall project profiles were introduced,the structure has a large cross,long cantilevered slow bonded prestressed technology and application features,construction difficult.Analyzes the necessity of monitoring work,and as a basis for the formulation of a slow bonded prestressed structures for Shenyang Cultural Arts Center Concert Hall dedicated monitoring program,including specific scope of monitoring,monitoring content,monitoring phase.Combined with the actual situation and the requirements for on-site monitoring program to construct the corresponding monitoring system.The monitoring system with real-time,accurate,continuous,long-term ability to perform data acquisition,as well as efficient data transmission,processing and storage capabilities.Through the monitoring system has been able to accurately reflect the structure of the construction and use of the process status information to complete the online assessment and offline assessment structures.(2)The sensors used in monitoring include concrete vibrating wire strain gauges,vibrating wire strain gauge steel,vibrating wire gauge anchor,and closed-loop flux sensors.Introduce protective measures when applied to ease the monitoring of these sensors bonded prestressed structures,in order to improve the accuracy of acquisition and the survival rate of the sensor taken.And the optimal placement of sensors for this project were studied.(3)The monitoring program for major construction conditions:+23.2m marked rise prestressed tension construction,+25.6m marked rise prestressed tension construction,roofing layer prestressed tension construction,formwork support removal,surface decoration,Hall of six monitoring phase of this trial operation conducted monitoring results analysis,the monomer components of the prestressing steel tensioning of the members of the other areas,less affected by the other layers of the layer components,impact on other layer components smaller;mold removal significant effect on the concrete strain,less impact on the prestressing steel strain conclusions.Integration of the various stages of construction and commissioning phase of the monitoring results of operations,prestressed reinforced strain,concrete strain,temperature changes,and the impact on each other to make the overall analysis.Effect of temperature on post-construction phase of such slow bonded prestressed structures and put to use force significantly.Monitoring results show that the structure of the actual state of the theoretical analysis is consistent with the design.Cultural Arts Center of Shenyang slow monitoring during construction of bonded prestressed structures,mastered the stress state of the structure of an important component of the various stages of construction,to achieve the purpose of the safety of the structure in time to make the evaluation,to provide a security service protection.While providing effective experience and data for future projects of this type of design and construction.
