| With the development of modern economy,city develops rapidly and scale extends continuously,resulting in a series of problems about urban ecological environment,which has become a main factor to restrict urban economic development and improvement of residents' life quality.Therefore,in the Fifth Plenum of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it proposes to persist in green and sustainable development and construct a scientific and reasonable pattern of urbanization.In Central Urban Conference in 2016,it clearly puts forward that: urban construction should focus on natural beauty,vigorously conducting ecological restoration.Therefore,urban green space management has become an indispensable part for government in public management,and higher requirements are proposed for urban green space administration department.How to make an overall planning of urban green space system under the perspective of public management so as to achieve maximum of value of ecology,economy and landscape has become an urgent problem for public administrative department.Taking urban area in Wujin district Changzhou city Jiangsu province as research target,this paper makes field investigation on road green space,park green space,attached green space and production green space,presenting the appearance of green space system in Wujin urban area by the way of datamation.Through specialized analysis and index analysis,calculation of simpson index and shannon-wiener index,this paper presents the characteristics and shortages of green space in this area and proposes improvement measures with pertinence and maneuverability aimed at shortcomings.Through investigation,the discovers are as following.In road green land,greening form in road is quite simple;Cinnamomun camphcra occupies a high ratio in border trees;there are many evergreen plants in road green space;although ornamental plants exist at four seasons,flowering plant is major in spring.In park green land of Wujin urban area,plant varieties are relatively repetitive.For example,the varieties of shrub are Malus halliana Koehne and Cherry Tree.As for ornamental effect,flower appreciation concentrates upon spring and variety of flower is single in other seasons.In general,the complexity of community is excellent.In accordance with sample and other attached greening result through investigation,arrangement of plants is better in new-built residential areas,with great improvement in green quantity and the choice of greening variety.In production green space,there is a large number of nursery-grown plant varieties;the distribution of resourceis influenced by market quotation,with constant adjustment in the number of production.Combining with analysis result from investigation data,this paper draws the following conclusions: in green space system of Wujin urban area,there is large overall green quantity,high complexity of community in park green space and residential green space,excellent detail management in green conservation.Meanwhile,there are some problems: in road green space system,arrangement of the section for road greening mostly is simple and complexity of community is terrible;part of variety of nursery-grown plant is used frequently and greening variety is selected unsuitably or extremely few;there is a tendency of assimilation between park green space and residential green space,with special characteristics;the structure of indigenous plant is unreasonably;there is certain unbalance of ornamental value at all seasons.Aimed at above mentioned problems,this paper presents optimization scheme of urban green space system in Wujin urban area,including the following measures: adjusting the pattern of green space and conducting overall planning;developing plant germ plasm resources to improve plant diversity by reasonable arrangement;carrying out meticulous and elaborate greening to forge greening effect with special characteristics;rising greening management and maintenance capacity and founding a long-term mechanism of maintenance. |
