New Energy Electric Vehicle Charging Device In The Titans Group Design Research

While industrialization is an essential feature of economic growth in developing countries,the economic activities of production and consumption require the use of energy,and the use of energy also affects the environment in the forms of water pollution,air pollution and emission of CO2 that causes global warming.Furthermore the use of energy from exhaustible resources can create energy shortage in the future.One of the key solutions to solve the problems of energy and environmental degradation is looking for new energy,renewable energy and green energy.The concept of battery electric vehicles is to use charged batteries on board vehicles for propulsion.Battery electric vehicles are becoming more and more attractive with the advancement of new battery technology that have higher power and energy density.In recent years,several important progress were achieved in various aspects in new energy electric vehicles,such as new electric car battery technology,car battery charger technology and relative facilities,economic perspective influence and the industry standards.The author has been engaged in the industrial design for the charging devices in the new energy electric vehicles industry for several years.He participated in the whole process for many charging device projects,from the very first beginning in product design till the end product production.From those product research and practice,it found out how to look and treat the product design from the system design point of view,and how important the industrial design in improve the product quality.The major research content of this thesis includes:1)the purpose and necessity of the research project,2)the overview of the new energy electric vehicle charging device,3)the design case study for the new energy electric vehicle charging device,4)discuss the user interactive interface design for the new energy electric vehicle charging device.
