The bogie is one of the most important components of high speed train,it has the role of absorbing the forces and impact generated by the wheel and rail,it also provides the traction force and braking force by the wheel/rail friction,and plays a great effect on the vehicle running stability and safety.In recent years,China's EMU maintenance is based on the different trains' maintenance model of different countries,mainly it can divide into two categories,preventive maintenance and after-maintenance,this paper analysis the foreign EMU maintenance system,maintenance mode and maintenance program.The "reliability comfort" is the center of the maintenance strategy,Scheduled overhaul,monitoring of forecasting status,replacement of unit parts,the main components of specialized centralized repair are both used.By analyzing the bumper statistics of EMU bogie,each component of bogie has a different failure mode,severity level and frequency of occurrence,through the analysis of failures'modes,influences and FMECA to EMU train bogie during its operation,a harm matrix,which is able to present the level of hazards and the density of infection,can be worked out.According to these results,FMECA analysis can help the r&d department to improve the quality of the products.Several important fault for repair of harm degree is bigger,the author of this paper improve strategy analysis,first of all for the bearing temperature fault,through the analysis of the EMU train following data which is recorded by axial temperature recording equipment,Proposed to modify the monitoring logic can significantly reduce the number of bearing maintenance alarm;Secondly,Through the advanced air spring for bulk load capacity,the determination of three-way stiffness,in order to improve the air spring production process,it can develop a reasonable use of maintenance standards to provide data support;The study of vehicle stability,studied the new tread profile,through the analysis of the wheel/rail matching,track abrasion test,track vibration test,The new tread is more effective than the S1002CN tread to suppress the vibration;The above conclusions provide technical support for the maintenance of the bogie system.
