A Study Based On The Street Space Design Pattern Of "Walkable"

Street space is an important part of urban form,it has indispensable role on city life and operation.So to speak,the street are the bones and blood vessels of a city.Because of the historicity and the design concept of the programme,abundant in our country's street space design problem of poor suitability of on foot at present.For example,outstanding issues between people and car,loss of human nature scale,insufficient space and so on.This essay will start its exploration which is about the walkable street space design model in our country in terms of traffic design,dimension design,interface design.Basing on the"opinions" promulgated by The State Council on February 6,2016,the advanced street space design concepts and standards at home and abroad,the "People first" concept put forward at the central work conference.
