To improve the environment,save energy,reduce power consumption and increase power efficiency,the nuclear electricity has witnessed a rapid growth since the 18th CPC National Congress in that the energy structure was regulated and investment on new energy development increased.Currently,there are 11 large-scale nuclear power projects under construction and 5 projects are inviting for bid.Stringent quality and safety requirements are essential for nuclear power taking the disastrous consequence and the risk of radiation into consideration.Different from thermal power,the construction of nuclear electricity stations is facing up with many problems and causes deficit.In particular,series problems with the material management of the Nuclear Electricity Project contracted by SD company needs to be tackled.Focusing on the problems with material management during the construction contracted by the SD2 Nuclear Project,the paper studied the intensive management of materials.Firstly,a comparative analysis between the domestic and foreign cases of intensive material management was conducted.Related theories including the lifecyle management,value chains and intensive management in the field of intensive material management was introduced.The intensive management and control of materials in SD2nuclear projects,and the control intelligence were analyzed to find out key issues needing to be tackled.Based on the above analysis,judgment matrix was built using the triangular fuzzy hierarchy analysis method.Quantitative analysis for the management and control of SD2 nuclear projects was conducted.Based on the analysis and practical problems in the SD2 nuclear projects,informationization platform was implemented,organizational structure of material management was adjusted,and new material management and control system was established.The work is beneficial to strengthening the management of bulk materials.It is proposed that bulk materials be purchased with intensive bidding to smooth the demand-supply relations,strengthen the quality control of the procurement,optimize the warehouse management,and achieve lifecycle management of materials.The work is meaningful in promoting intensive management of materials,and in providing valuable experience for the material management of electric power industry.
