| In the modern integrated transport system,the highway transport accounts for a large proportion,and the highway transport has gradually shown the incomparable superiority.As a special commodity,highway is an important infrastructure in economic development,which plays an important role in promoting social progress and economic development.Highway construction integrates modern technology,management of system and other aspects of subjects.In recent years,as the increasing of the investment and construction of highway,the management company of highway has to face the unprecedented opportunities and challenges,so the study of financial strategic on those freeway companies is very necessary.DQ highway management group is the first one in Shandong Province who takes joint-stock mode,and its content of financial strategy will have great value,so it is necessary to study and research.DQ highway is an industry of capital intensive,large investment,long payback period.Due to the particularity of the industry and the complexity of the business environment,there are many aspects of financial management about DQ highway management group should be improved.The main method of our study is from macro to micro.First this thesis have an overview about the financial management strategy,,then analyzes the external environment and internal environment,using strategy analysis tools like Porter’s five forces model SWOT model and PEST model,last proposed the financial development strategy.The effective way to change the single business of DQ highway management group is to remain a reasonable capital structure,and to develop related business.The key to speed up the funds is to improve the capital centralized management system.Reducing costs and financial risk is an important content of enterprise internal control.Finally,this thesis puts forward some feasible suggestions on the implementation and security system of the financial strategy,to help the DQ Company to optimize the financial strategy management,and promote the development of the enterprise. |
