Analysis Of Key Factors In Terms Of The Popularization And Application Of Energy Management System In China

Energy management system for enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption provides a systematic solution.It has been confirmed by the practice of many countries.It meets the need of sustainable development under the condition of global warming and resource shortage.In 2002,China began to engage in the research of energy management system on the basis of other countries' successful experience.The government carried out trial operation in a number of provinces and cities.After more than 10 years of efforts,in the promotion of policies,business cooperation and the evaluation of the synergy of the third parties,energy management system has entered the stage of improvement and development.At present,most companies have realized the energy management system plays an important role in reducing costs and increasing revenue,energy saving and other aspects,but the practice and promotion of energy management system is not smooth.There are two main reasons:(1)It is so difficult to implement the policy as the policy cannot meet the requirements of the enterprise.(2)The lack of funds,talent,and faculty to foresee the obvious benefits of energy management system in a short period of time,resulting in low willingness for enterprises to build the application system.Now in China,most scholars studying energy management system focus on theoretical analysis,such as establishment,operation and other aspects,but there are few scholars focus on the existing problems in the application of energy management system.Whether it has the function of saving energy and reducing consumption has to be verified by empirical research.On the basis of related research,the field research method and questionnaire research method are used to make an empirical study about the influencing factors which affect the popularization and application of energy management system,and then find out the critical success factors.First of all,this paper studies and compares the development of energy management system in China and foreign countries,which helps demonstrate the current development situation.Then through the investigation of 3 companies,the operation of the energy management system in enterprises is known,and after the discussion by the relevant experts,and the energy management system of the enterprise's senior leaders,the questionnaire is finished and distributed at a large range in the network.Ultimately,through the use of SPSS19.0 analysis,this paper draws conclusions that the critical success factors which important to the promotion and application of EnMS are shown below: the government's support,the degree of enterprise's stable cross,team building and whether through certification or evaluation.What's more,the conclusion is checked by the field research.Finally,according to the development of the energy management system,this paper puts forward that it can make full use of the advantages of system management and process management in order to improve the energy efficiency of enterprises and reduce the consumption of resources.While promoting economic development,the environment will no longer deteriorate and resources will no longer be wasted.The innovation of this paper lies in: through field investigation and questionnaire investigation,this paper analyzes the influence factors of energy management system in enterprises.Based on the analysis of these key factors,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the further development of energy management system in china.These key factors are government support,enterprise publicizing and team construction,whether through certification or evaluation.And then this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the further development of energy management system in china.Despite the analysis of key factors influencing foreign literature has on the popularization and application of energy management system,they all have regional and epochal characteristics.Now in China,how to determine the key factors and put forward countermeasures and suggestions do not have enough sufficient reference significance.Therefore,this study is on the basis of previous research on the practical significance of the strengthening of China's energy management system to promote the application and promotion of the framework.Nevertheless,there are still some shortcomings.This paper mainly investigates in and around Ji'nan due to time and geographical constraints,and the number of survey results is small.In order to get a more compelling conclusion,the sample will be expanded in the future in order to get a better argument.
