Study On Planning And Design Of Village Under The Concept Of "Sponge"

As the nation’s ecological barrier,village and agriculture can effectively maintain the ecological balance.However,the spread of urbanization and the new urbanization continue to occupy and destroy the rural ecological environment,which leads to the contradiction between the urgent demand for construction and the fragile ecological environment bigger and bigger.At the same time,under the influence of extreme climate in recent years,our country rural rainstorm waterlogging disasters,traditional rural planning facing water ecological damage,water pollution,water shortage and water safety risk and a series of water problems,not only destroyed the ecological environment as a whole,but also to the safety of villagers brought great threat that can not meet the needs of social development and ecological protection.Therefore,in order to avoid the lag of rural construction,to maintain the integrity of the "sponge system" and fully tap the rural rainwater resources can make use of the value of the Kuanghe town village,Luotian county,Huanggang city as the research object,to explore the way that used the "sponge" concept in the Kuanghe town village rural planning and design,is the inevitable trend in the current and the future rural planning research.Firstly,This paper gives a comprehensive analysis and summary of the progress of "sponge village" and relevant concepts research,through the analysis of the relationship between the rural planning and the "sponge" concept,defines the concept of "sponge village",and analyzes the water problems of rural construction under the"sponge" concept,thus it is concluded that the necessity of research on planning and design of "sponge village".Secondly,according to elaborate and summarize the relevant theory of "sponge village",extracted sponge multiscale classification method,different regions of the water settlement and agriculture,the adaptability of sponge technology measures,irrigation technology and ecological restoration technology and other core content are refined respectively,then,combined with the classification,elements and its characteristics of that rural planning under the concept of "sponge",provide a solid theoretical foundation for the construction of "sponge village" system.Comprehensive theory research and related cases,summed up the method framework of that rural planning and design under the concept of "sponge".Respectively put forward the strategy of planning and design research,that from the macro scale of the "sponge county" system,meso scale of "sponge village" system,and micro scale of village "single sponge".On the basic of he theory and methods research,according to the development status of Kuanghe town,Luotian County and the development obstacles "sponge village".From macro,meso and micro scale to explore the planning and design approach of "sponge town" and "sponge village" in the above framework.Finally,make a summary and outlook of the whole article.This study fills the vacancy and deficiency of the domestic rural planning and design research under the"sponge" concept,which has some reference value for further research.However,there are still many deficiencies in this study,hoping to contribute a little force to future research.
