| Nowadays,with the various requirements,rising competition and the shortage of land source,the manufacture general assembly workshop has showed its polymorphism,and the problems of overmuch units,chaotic logistics route,serious waste and high-carbon in its layout reduce the production efficiency,which leads to the decline of competitiveness.The polymorphic general assembly workshop desiderates a Low-Carbon and high efficiency layout,which use the perspective of Low-Carbon,reduce the energy consumption,and enhance the utilization of land source and layout flexibility,is one of the effective way for enterprise to enhance its competitiveness.Based on the actual situation of YJ’s general assembly workshop,this paper established the accurate Low-Carbon workshop layout modeling,and used the improved GASA algorithm.The main research and results are summarized in five points:1.Aim at the High-Carbon of general assembly workshop,this paper explored the Low-Carbon layout with the Low-Carbon concept.The main contents includes the Low-Carbon evaluation index and layout principle.And the Low-Carbon evaluation index is consists of OEE,utilization of workshop and flexibility.2.In the research of workshop production characteristics and layout requirements,this paper use the realistic constraint and abundant evaluation index,to establish the accurate Low-Carbon workshop layout modeling.3.Based on the features of GA and SA,this paper designed the GASA algorithm,and improved its accurate ability on encoding,selecting operation,genetic manipulation,and mutation operation for the requirement of accurate result 4.Established the simulation frame and modeling by Visual Basic and MATLAB,designed the simulation interface and procedure.5.Empirical research of YJ’s general assembly workshop,this paper established the accurate layout modeling,analyzed the layout scheme.The results showed the modeling and algorithm were effective,which also has the guidance for manufacturing enterprise. |
