Based on the plan of the third phase of lunar exploration project,it is researched to realize the target of drilling the lunar surface 2.0m and sampling 500 g.It is researched to interact with the rock and drill.Broken rock drilling capacity is an important evaluation for sampling.So in this paper,it is determined to simulation analysis and experimental study of the interactions with cutting edge and rock under the low impact energy,as the theoretical basis of the mechanism which can impact of broken rock and rock crushing.Rock fragmentation mechanism under impact loading is very important for understanding the rock crushing under different impact conditions.However,due to the inaccuracy of the rock material particularity and controlled experimental conditions,it has no impact on the formation and establishment of a mature rock fragmentation theory and the variation of the energy.At the time,the value of data and theory has limitations.In this paper,A combination of method is used with experimental research and simulation research.Brittle rocks’ crushing effect is also explored at low impact energy.Besides,research program of single indenter impact is proposed,and contrasted with the high power consumption of broken rock.It also provides experimental evidence for low-power crushed rock,and improves crushed rock sound theory.At last,it can provide the basis for drilling and sampling on Lunar surface.(1)Theoretical studies include impact crusher rock cutters-mechanical model of rock interactions,rock fragmentation mechanism,this paper studies the impact of the impact energy from different roles and different types of cutting teeth and other conditions,to provide theoretical support for the simulation and experimental study.(2)Based on the impact of rock fragmentation mechanism,conducted under different conditions impact energy impact of cutting teeth broken Experimental study of different types of rocks and broken teeth Experimental study of rock cutting.(3)Indenter-rock interaction simulation of three-dimensional model based primarily on the cutting teeth and the rocks were set up simulation model,its impact energy under different conditions,the different rock types and different types of cutting teeth impact simulation of broken rock.
