Study On The Flow Path Of Drawings Management For Ship Manufacturing And The Development Of Document Print System

in the domestic ship manufacturing industry,the drawings are widely used,and usually involved with a enormous quantity.However,with low efficiency of drawing printing and management,and serious waste of cost,the room for improvement was vast.In view of the existing traditional ship manufacturing drawings print management problems,this paper optimizes the drawing operation procedures by IDEFO diagram,data model and modeling method research and development drawings printing management system,using WebService technology to integrating the document print system and PLM system,to make the enterprise informational,automated,and Integrated.At last shows the example of the system application.The main work and achievements are as follows:Firstly,expounds the research background and significance,researches review on the current status of the related fields,shows the main research content.Secondly,summarizes the ship drawings print management present situation,presents the demand based on the system function and system integration of system,and optimizes the drawing printing management process.Based on the optimized process,uses the IDEFO chart to analyze system function module,uses the data model to analyze the relationship between data,and designs database.Third,integrates document print system and PLM system based on WebService.Solves the problems of data transmission in XML text mode.Forth,Expounds the operating system platform and hardware related to the platform.Designs the main interface and the main function modules of the system.Takes drawings printing process as an example to display the running sample of integration system of document print system and PLM system.The practice on application of drawing print management system indicates that this system has a practical value of application and promotion.But further research is needed in the integrated scheduling,early warning,dispatch of print etc.
