| At the moment,with the richness of the wind energy source and its the maturity technology,wind power become one of the clean energy,which have large-scale commercial development potential.Wind energy can make a great contribution to the global power supply,and promote power industry towards to a low carbon.Besides,the Wind energy helps to build a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly society.The large-scale development of Wind energy resources is feasible,and more and more managers think it is important that we should analysis and evaluation of the project risks to the wind farms project.Due to the wind farm project has a large scale and long cycle,big investment and other characteristics,which made the construction of the wind farms projects in the practice by many factors.Therefore,in order to ensure the project construct smoothly and do well in management,we need to analyze the risk of the project more detailed.In order to analyze the risk of the Bulgaria wind farms,this article reference the domestic and foreign experience and used the PEST analysis framework method.XEMC invest Bulgaria wind farms have much more opportunities than threat.XEMC invest Bulgaria can fully embodies the Chinese government not only support of clean and renewable energy development,but also greatly promote XEMC’s market share and market influence in the international wind power market.At the same time,it can also be used as a channel for the company into the European wind power market,and will contribute greatly to promote XEMC’s technology and the market share expansion in eastern Europe,to lay a solid foundation for the development of the XEMC’s international wind power market.In addition,in this paper,we established AHP model for the Bulgaria wind farm project,and used specific data analyzed the main risk of Bulgaria wind farm projects.Beside,we provide some methods of how to reduce the risk of Bulgaria wind farms in practice. |
