Along with the rising of electricity price and the publishing of“12th Five-year-plan",emission reduction is attracting more attention.Energy conservation and emissions reduction will be focusing on energy-intensive industries,such as electrolytic metallurgy and electrolytic chemical industries.Electrolytic industry generally adopts high power rectifier devices as electrolytic dc power,enterprises are focus on power quality and operating efficiency of rectification device.In view of the high power rectifier efficiency measurement,there is no system measurement method at present.Around the existing problems,the efficiency measurement of high power rectifier unit were studied in this paper,mainly includes the following aspects:In this paper,high power rectifier device and main components were introduced,and the working principles of components were analyzed.The definition of instantaneous power and average power were researched,And methods and formulas for calculating the efficiency of the parts were presented.In this paper,monitoring technology for high power rectifier system of energy efficiency were introduced,Traditional testing technology of energy efficiency is given,including the synchronous monitoring mechanism and recorded wave data analysis method,And on-line monitoring technology based on optical fiber Ethernet of energy efficiency was presented,including the multi-channel synchronous monitoring mechanism and data analysis method.Based on a real industrial rectifier system,an on-line monitoring device system of energy efficiency for high power rectifier has been designed.Its hardware and software design as well as the hardware design of fiber optic Ethernet communication lines and PC software design of the system were introduced.In the PC display screen,the real-time data and waveform of the system efficiency,power quality,the voltage and current was showed.Take a electrolytic manganese rectifier unit as an example,inductive filtering efficiency of rectifier unit and its components system synchronization acquisition performance was tested,while the efficiency of induction filter rectifier unit and its components was tested.The results show that the validity of the efficiency measurement analysis method.The results also show that the efficiency of inductive filtering power rectifier system is high,the inductive filtering power rectifier system has very high value of promotion.
