In all kinds of civil engineering construction, the excavator is one of the indispensable mechanical equipment and in many kinds of construction machines, construction machines training is difficult. It is not only time-consuming but also difficult to guarantee the safety to the students. With the arrival of the technological revolution, driving simulator training techniques have already been the global new areas. In this text,we aimed at "the cage of caterpillar 410A"as the object of study on this base, designing a excavator simulated training device. The first chapter introduces the project background, project sources and excavator simulated training device of the research status at home and abroad.Expounds the topic the purpose and significance, the paper raises the design content and design method and technical route is proposed. The second chapter the excavator simulated training device in space arrangement need to use the theory of man-machine engineering, introducing the space layout method of chair, armrest box, walking the push rod, walk of pedal and control handle display and dash board, providing a theoretical basis for the space layout. The third chapter and the fourth chapter is the function of the simulator analysis and design practice.Use of man-machine engineering space layout tool layout excavator simulated training device of the main features, through the seat of the before and after the adjustment,to meet 90%of the population. And design simulator platform as well as the overall design of coating. Finally to comfort evaluation of excavator simulated training device, using Pro/E Manikin the percentile of the human body model in excavator simulator to complete rula scores, judging whether meet the demand of the man-machine comfort.
