The local economy is promoted by the continuous development of phosphate industry in China.While the environment is also seriously polluted with the phosphorus slag.So,how to make full use of the abandoned phosphorus slag in a reasonable way is turned into an important research subject in our country.In order to solve this problem,a lot of exploratory research have been done by many experts at home or abroad,in the field of the application of phosphorus slag.The feasibility of the phosphorus slag aspects used in the cement stabilized gravel mixture is explored in this paper.Unlike existing research,a more comprehensive evaluation and analysis explored with a large number of test in the cement stabilized gravel mixture adding phosphorus slag,in this paper.In this thesis,the phosphorus slag material is added in two ways: part of limestone fine aggregate is replaced by the phosphorus slag particles,or part of cement is replaced by the fine grinded phosphorus slag powder.When the compressive strength,flexural strength,fatigue strength and anti-cracking ability of the designed scheme cement stabilized phosphorous slag gravel base mixture at several key ages is studied,then integrate all aspects of performance cement stabilized gravel mixture adding phosphorous slag,the feasibility of phosphorus slag material applied in pavement base mixture can be evaluated.From this paper,it is known that the early strength of cement stabilized phosphorous slag gravel base mixture is reduced when compared with the ordinary cement stabilized gravel,but the increasing speed of later strength is fast.When the phosphorous slag material is added in a certain dosage,the late strength will be more higher;it is particularly important that,with the addition of phosphorus slag material,the dry shrinkage strain and temperature shrinkage strain is reduced,so it is superior to the crack resistance of ordinary cement stabilized gravel,and the crack resistance of cement stabilized gravel base is improved to a certain extent.In addition,the fatigue curve of each designed test shows that,when the stress level is changed,its influence on cement stabilized gravel mixture adding phosphorous slag is lower than the ordinary.Phosphorus slag material can be used for cement stabilized gravel base when added under the condition of a certain dosage.That can not only make the industrial waste residue used sufficiently,the cost of the road in the construction process reduced,the pollution of the environment reduced that caused by solid wastes,but the late strength and crack resistance of cement stabilized gravel material improved.So our purpose that turn waste into wealth can become a reality,and the engineering application value is great.
