The Research Of Old Industrial Buildings' Retrofitting Reinforcement And Construction Quality Control Based On Value Engineering

With urban development and increasing old industrial buildings reinforcement and reconstruction projects,the project problems and terms increasingly involved areextensive.Among these,how to choose an Optimum Reinforcement is related to thestructural safety and cost.Besides,although current maintenance standard has specified the design and construction of maintenance and reconstruction,the construction enterprises have not focused equal attention on the cost management in this field.Nowadays,the control and management are still extensive and experience-oriented.It is unclear in cost allocation as well as in responsibility.The deficiencies in cost management process and loop plus the unscientific methods used make construction cost unpredictable.These shortages decrease the profits of enterprises greatly.The implements of cost-management,scientific cost-planning,adoption of advanced cost-control and analysis-process would greatly increase theprofit of an enterprise.Hence,the study of cost management is of great significance for Chinese construction business.This thesis mainly studied the selection of reinforcement,quality control and Cost Management during the construction.It includes:Firstly,the thesis introduced the elementary knowledge about engineering theory and by the value of engineering principle and some pertinent data,it summaries the function appraisal target system.With the weight expressed the target importance,the thesis determines the target with he analytic hierarchy process:The function assess on the applied the fuzzy assessment method,thus put the suggest and request of the structure based on the value engineering hole which is excavated for the selection of reinforcement.Secondly,with a focus of some case studies on cost management of reconstruction and reinforcement project during an internship in the engineering example,this paper gives a content analysis of existing problems in the costmanagement in project of reconstruction and reinforcement,additionally offering suggestions or views for promotion in this field.We hope this paper would be helpful for the construction enterprises in cost management in their reconstruction and reinforcement project.
