The progress of the society and the development of science,especially the development of the aerospace field,require the material to have better performance.Composite material has a series of advantages,such as light weight,good corrosion resistance,high elastic modulus and so on.It has been a lot of popularization and application in the aerospace products.With the development of composite materials,composite materials are widely used in civil aviation and aerospace.The research of this is the GFRP packaging box of aviation engine.The GFRP packaging box is made of composite materials.Compared to metal packaging box and wooden packing box,it has good sealing,light weight,high reliability,good acid and alkali resistance,salt spray corrosion and a series of advantages,can effectively protect the aircraft engine is not damaged by external force.Using the GFRP packaging box the first is need to seal the GFRP packaging box,and then filled with a certain amount of nitrogen in the GFRP packaging box.This is done in order to cut off the water vapor in the air,oxygen and other harmful gases,protect the engine is damaged by erosion,achieve long-term storage of aero-engine,and enhance the combat readiness of emergency response capability of aero-engine.Glass box is a kind of pressure seal container.Because of the large size of the large volume of glass fiber reinforced plastic packaging box subjected to the larger stress,so its strength,deformation and stability must meet the design requirements.This degree introduces the background and significance of the design of the aviation engine glass box.The paper discusses the properties,advantages,application fields and the forming technology of FRP composite materials.Then,the paper focuses on the structure and the finite element model of the aircraft engine.In this paper,the strength criterion,failure mode and checking method of composite laminates are discussed in detail,and the method of checking the GFRP packaging box is put forward.We set the engine box in static、lifting、transportation conditions,and use the Patran&Nastran software to simulate the stress and constraint conditions of the box,use Huffman rule and the maximum stress of the box body and the main principle of material strength,stress,strain and stability analysis.Finally,the analysis result is to strengthen the strength of the packaging box,so that the safety factor of the packaging box to meet the requirements,for the GFRP packaging box product design provides a design basis.
