High performance bearing is one of the most important parts of high-end equipment manufacturing,and its manufacturing technology has restricted the development of high-end equipment manufacturing in our country.Aiming at the high performance rolling bearing manufacturing rolling surface height consistency requirements and shortcomings of existing processing methods of the bearing rings,put forward control of bearing rings strengthen grinding processing method,through the hard cutting directly strengthen grinding eliminating machining processes,and the bearing rings strengthen grinding plus the nominal process before and after the end of hard turning,ultra precision sequence control of shape,control,the bearing ring rolling surface formed "surface layer texture,rich nitrogen chemical physics layer,nitrogen rich surface strengthening layer three layer composite structure and Realization of a high degree of consistency.A new method of grinding hardening is Professor Liu Xiaochu of Guangzhou University in order to solve the above problems,through theoretical analysis,simulation experiment and numerical study,the processing mechanism,the surface of the workpiece tool(tool and abrasive)and mechanical and chemical effects of the workpiece,revealing the main laws of the process,theory and technology to establish the system of high performance bearing ring controllable strengthening and polishing,to obtain the original results,enhance the bearing high performance of China's manufacturing capability of independent innovation and technical level,to solve the bottleneck problem of high performance bearing demand of China's major equipment manufacturing,has important and urgent significance to improve China's bearing manufacturing quality,reliability and long service life.But in the actual test,grinding machine can only process bearing inner race outer channel enhancement of the original,which affects the strengthening and polishing machine to realize the function,control bearing strengthening and further development of the grinding machine.Therefore,in view of the above problems,the main work of this thesis is to study how to design the structure of the spray head so that the bearing outer groove capable of ejecting,and how to in the injection process,centerless fixture can smooth discharge grinding material,making it a better processing effect.The main work of this paper is divided into two parts:(1).Design a can spray nozzle of bearing outer ring raceway: design a can spray nozzle of bearing outer ring raceway and the outer bearing channel capable of ejecting,and enable it to the original injection system quickly replaced,and Realization of bearing strengthening processing of grinding inner and outer bearing raceway,the bearing strengthening and grinding machine versatility,functional enhancement.Drawing analysis and design optimal camber,and the establishment of the model in the preo,through ANSYS simulation of multiphase flow analysis,through the analysis of different models to observe the multi phase flow through the nozzle pressure loss,comparative data,design the best model.(2).Design noncentral jig pole top position feeding hole: due to processing bearing outer groove,so to consider reasonable upper row pole arrangement of the location of the hole the smooth discharge machining injection to interior permanent magnet of slurry,ensure the smooth processing of jet milling.Theoretical analysis the hole position,shape,size,and orientation of the,draw reasonable model,through processing five groups of different sizes in discharging hole pole.Finally,in strengthening and polishing machine were observed its magnetic force of the bearing and on the grinding material discharging situation,ultimately determine the best non heart jig pole.And in the optimum selecting model after processing five bearing samples,to observe the different places of the hardness in the measurement of Rockwell hardness,determine the feasibility of processing.(3)Observed after processing bearing surface of the micro surface structure: selection and design of centerless jig pole and nozzle,while keeping the other processing parameters are fixed,change the injection pressure of the grinding machine,to observe the relationship between the microstructure and stress of the bearing surface.So the bearings in different spray pressure under observation,whether the formation of micro self lubricating oil sac function.
