Study On Evaluation System Of Green Building

With the development of human society,the natural resources are consumed,and the natural environment is seriously polluted.People's health is threatened and the way of people's life and production is affected by different degree.Therefore,the strategic concept of sustainable development has aroused widespread concern.According to incomplete statistics,the construction and use of the building in the process of loss of about 50% of the earth's resources,and cause serious pollution of the natural environment.Therefore,the construction of resource saving,environmentally friendly green building has become the inevitable choice for the future development of the construction industry,And green building evaluation system as the basis for the assessment of green building,the healthy and sustainable development of green building is of great significance.In order to protect the environment,conserve resources and create a comfortable living space,many countries began to develop green building,and promulgated a green building evaluation standard for their national conditions.First of all,this paper introduces the basic theory of green building evaluation system,comparative analysis of green building evaluation system at home and abroad,to find out the similarities and differences.Secondly,from the five aspects demonstrates the green building the feasibility using BIM Technology,and with the actual project cases from the life cycle and environmental performance simulation two aspects,introduces the application of BIM Technology in green building assessment.Again,the detailed introduction of the seven aspects of Internet technology with green construction,and puts forward three suggestions for the development of our country "Internet plus".Finally,using the actual project case,this paper introduces the method of the evaluation of green building in our country,and puts forward six reasonable suggestions for the evaluation system of green building in China.
