Application Of BIM Technology In Green Building Evaluation

At present,there are many problems in Assessment standard for green building,such as repeated modeling,information scarcity in life cycle and low rate of information evaluation.Building information model runs through the component information of the whole life cycle.The building information can not only be effectively transmitted and saved to the application stage,but also can be imported into the software.At the same time,the model has the character of three dimensions,visualization and simulation,it can effectively solve the existing problems in the design,construction and operation stage.This paper mainly studies the application of BIM technology in Assessment standard for green building,the main contents involve BIM evaluation items and evaluation methods.This study is mainly carried out through the following work:By analyzing the problems of green building and the advantages of BIM technology,the application point of BIM technology is introduced in the project stage.we set up the evaluation articles based on BIM technology through analyzing of BIM technology in the life cycle of architecture.The contents include evaluation contents,evaluation methods and evaluation scores.The provisions will help to refine the evaluation index of the green building,and promote the improvement of the performance of the green building by the new BIM technology.The theory of evaluation method of BIM is analyzed in detail.Through sorting out the classification of green building evaluation articles,the application point of BIM technology is put forward.The model fineness and modeling standard based on BIM mode are put forward.At the same time,the design evaluation and operation evaluation are carried out to analyze the requirements in the life cycle.Model based on specific cases is built,and the feasibility of BIM evaluation method and evaluation clause is verified.The evaluation based on BIM mode is completed,which verifies the feasibility,fineness and modeling standard applied to BIM evaluation.By evaluating the provisions of the evaluation,the feasibility of refining BIM evaluation clause is obtained in green building.Meanwhile,it is considered that the green building evaluation clause should involve more BIM technology to promote the improvement of green building evaluation criteria.
