In aircraft engine lubrication system,the nozzle is an important part of engine,the nozzle directly affects the performance of the flight performance of the engine,so in before a test flight,the aircraft engine must through a dedicated equipment testing and analysis of the technical specifications of the nozzle,in order to be able to accurately detect the nozzle flow characteristic,designed the test nozzle flow characteristic of the tester.This topic for the nozzle flow tester in the work measurement error of big,stable pressure fluctuations,nozzle flow test results cannot be read automatically,and the problem of storage to the nozzle flow tester of oil supply system(the nozzle test of oil supply system)as the research object,the pressure on the system stability,reliability,were studied.Through the analysis of the nozzle flow tester,designed the system of the tester,the method of PLC program control is applied to the tester system,the nozzle flow test data can be automatically read and storage,the stability of pressure oil supply system,and through the establishment of the nozzle flow tester oil supply system simulation model,simulation of the stability of the pressure oil supply system,and analyzes the effect on the stability of the system pressure,oil pipeline and overflow valve under the different opening pressure and the spring stiffness of pressure,velocity and displacement response curves,according to the experimental data and the measured pressure curve to prove the correctness of the results.And analyses the influence of temperature change,the effect of metering cylinder displacement sensor measurement accuracy,and through the test data,the displacement sensor used by temperature compensation coefficient are given,the revised coefficient of input to the PLC the variables in the area,and carry on data processing,eventually into a measured nozzle flow value,through repetitive,consistency test data,proved that the PLC acquisition nozzle flow value and moment logarithmic consistency,can replace artificial reading,nozzle flow data can be automatically read,improve work efficiency.
