Zhanghe is Zhang Wei rivers in the upper reaches of the two teams in the North Branch,the Yuecheng Reservoir reinstated into the plains,Xuwancang and Wei River confluence into the Wei canal,flows through Shanxi,Henan and Hebei provinces,watershed area of 19220km~2.The Zhanghe river has been charged with the task of release flood waters in the Taihang mountains.From the perspective of the channel evolution analysis,after"96.8"flood,1996to 2000 Zhanghe governance,from the perspective of governance from 2001 to 2006,2008,2012 and 2013 Zhanghe small flow water,in the treatment for conductors channel appear new change,in order to consolidate the achievements of the previous governance and need to further governance to the Zhanghe River in a timely manner.Previous governance owing to the limitation of investment focus mainly on to control wandering section,without the implementation of flood diversion project,at the same time,the right bank of the Zhanghe did not meet,dangerous and wear embankment building there are security risks,floodplain villages on the one hand,water resistance serious hand inundation loss,the above factors decides requires a combination of economic and social development requirements,Zhanghe River governance as soon as possible to.The Zhanghe governance arrangements fixed construction flood gate,governance of wandering section,on the right bank of the complex embankment reinforcement and rectification of dangerous,embankment beam of Daming section,need new sluice,reinforcement wear levee building,construction of dike flood roads and facilities management basing on to the river governance to planning arrangements for the flood control standard.
