Zhanghe reservoir is composed by Guan Yinsi reservoir and Ji Gongjian reservoir through semi-natural open channel.The characteristics of two reservoirs are great disparity,and inflow each other.Because of the complicated influence of transmiting water by open channel,observation error of reservoir level and calculation error of backwater storage,many flood forecasting projects established in the past did not come to applied level.This text is based on analyzing characteristics of error generation of Zhanghe reservoir flood,first establishing the forecasting project of Guan Yinsi reservoir flood, then defining Ji Gongjian reservoir forecasting model and Zhanghe reservoir forecasting project based on total reservoir flood.On the basis of runoff yield and concentration model, adopting real-time adjustment technique.It makes the average deterministic coefficient,the qualified rate of flood peak,the qualified rate of time to peak of Zhanghe reservoir flood forecasting project come to 89.67%, 100%,83.33%.While Guan Yinsi reservoir flood forecasting project comes to 89.19%,91.67%,100%,which establishing Zhanghe reservoir flood forecasting project as applied that nearly attains first-rate finally.The text mainly contains these parts as follows:1. Introduction,summing up the development of flood forecast and the research significance of this text.2. On the basis of characteristics of error generation of Zhanghereservoir flood, developing yield and concentration project of Zhanghe reservoir forecasting.3. Making use of real-time adjustment technique,and comparing those method, then adopting preferable real-time adjustment project.Comparatively developing the forecasting project of total reservoir flood,Guan Yinsi reservoir flood and Ji Gongjian reservoir flood.4. Developing Zhanghe reservoir execution projects,which supplies to fact.
