The more intensive high-rise building and super high-rise building was born under the background when the contradiction between the population and land was increasingly prominent,with the progress of the human society and its productivity.And with the development of building technology,the building is much higher and the number is exploding.Meanwhile,architects started to have some thoughts on the super high-rise buildings and the high density vertical city which created by the super high-rise buildings,from blind admiration to rational contemplation.Core tube design is the key section throughout the whole super high-rise building design process for it's relevant to the design requirements in safety,efficiency and comfort etc.This paper researches in the angle of core tube design of the super high-rise building,and explores the elements of the core tube performance-based design which meets the conditions of our country,combined with the cases of domestic and international experiences.For providing references to the super high-rise building core tube design,the paper mainly presents the design requirements on elevator system,fire evacuation system,auxiliary space and device space to fit the performance-based design of core tube.The paper is comprised of 5 chapters,and chapter 3 to 5 are the core chapter s.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research objects,the academic dynamic development background and the domestic and foreign research situation.In this chapter,it also defines the range and method of the research,and presents the frame of this paper.The second chapter is the introduction to the performance-based design of the super high-rise building core tube.With the introduction,it can be known that t he core tube plays a key role in the design of super high-rise in safety,comfort and efficiency etc.Combining with the China 's and regional characteristics,we can summarize the core elements of core tube design.The third chapter is mainly the research of the elevator system.With the introduction of its composition,the classification and the organizations,we can summarize the general rules of the elevator system organization in super high-rise buildings.In order to reflect the efficiency and the com fort of the building,some efficiency optimization schemes are also put forward in this chapter.The fourth chapter is the research of the design of the auxiliary room and equipment space.The equipment rooms are introduced in different professional equipment.Combining with the vertical design of the core tube,the inner space of the core tube can be optimized.The fourth chapter is the research of the fire evacuation system.In this chapter we focus on the design of the evacuation stairs,fire elevator and the refuge(equipment)layer,and summarized the new evacuation using the elevators.Finally,the content of this paper is summarized,and we put forward a few new concept of the core tube,hoping to cause deeper explorations.
