Further Study Of Primary Distribution Plan Based On Students Walk To School Autonomy Security

The pedestrian safety issue is the key point at the beginning of the primary school layout planning because students walking to school.For example,in the neighborhood unit,proposed 500m service radius principle,that is layout the primary school in community centers;students choose the nearest school so do not need to cross the urban road to go to school,to ensure primary and secondary students' safety.While the primary and secondary school' service radius gradually expand which caused by the changing of school-age,considering of scale economy which lead the policy of“School Canceling and Schools Merging",and seeking for advanced education resources which arose the phenomenon of choosing other area's school,and the distance of school and home is gradually increased.These changes made less students walk to school,then lead to the weakening of safety requirements during the layout.Walk to school plays an important role both in improving children's social adaptability and in reducing the dependence on private cars which alleviate vehicles'impact on the environment.The pedestrian safety can encourage students to walk to school.Therefore,primary school layout planning should meet the needs of pedestrian safety requirements when students walk to school.Well,what environment is safe for walking?What kind of primary school layout can minimize security risks for students walking to school?Based on the above considerations,this paper restudied on primary schools layout planning for the safety of pupils walking to school.First,this paper analyzes the related layout planning theories and practice of walking to school safety both at home and abroad,reviews primary school development history,planning and construction current status and development trend.Second,using survey,interview,analysis compared and statistical inductive methods,taking primary students'behavior and psychological characteristics as the breakthrough point,studied students'activity characteristics on the way to and from school and with the principle of safety,this paper analyzes that influence the walking to school safety mainly includes natural safety factors,social factors,safety factor.Finally,taking the more important safety factors into considered,proposed primary layout designing strategies based on the safety of walk to school,which including 500m walking distance,division of education block and the optimal walking path selection of primary school layout planning strategy and ensure planning and implementation and nearby enrollment policy recommendations.These strategies and suggestions will provide important practical guidance for the optimization of the primary school layout for walking safety.
