Study On The Problem Of Large Residential District In The City Under The Background Of Rapid

Since the reform and opening up,China's urban layout has undergone enormous changes.The rapid development of urbanization has brought unprecedented amount of fulfillment of new apartment,with remarkable achievements res of residence construction in the world.the successive rise of eight urban communities In China-Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta,Bohai Sea and the Shandong Peninsula,Chongqing urban agglomeration,Guangzhong City Group,Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration,has promoted the rural residents aggregate into the cities.In such a vigorous campaign,the urban scale has be expanding with the population on the rise and living spaces increasingly dense.At the same time,there are large-scale tract development of the Great Residential District in the current residence construction.some experts and scholars pointed out that we are witnessing a new era of rising large-scale residential area.The increasingly larger residential area has also brought a series of problems,including a tremendous impact brought by new huge communities and their own various problems.Based on research theories of large residential areas,this paper makes a study on representatives of large residential areas to analyze their advantages and disadvantages on city and their own problems.I sincerely hope that the study can put forward rational proposals on the fully launched “constructing cities”campaign,which makes giant residential communities bring fresh vitality to city space and provide inhabitant with more comfortable and livable living environment.The article is divided into the following sections:Part I: Description about the background of this topic.The paper start with the background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods.Meanwhile,the explanation of relevant theories on Great Residential Districts underlies the theory basis of spatial relationship between Great Residential District and city space.Chapter Two: The paper explores the cause of formation,development status,current situation,basic characteristics and positive significance of large residential areas.These are foundation and motivation of large residential areas on city spaces,which provides practical support to analyze the adverse effects of residential areas oncities.Chapter 3: The adverse effects of large residential areas on cities are mainly analyzed by introducing questions.Chapter 4: The main problems in large residential areas profoundly explored.Chapter 5: Based on the previous two chapters,this part analyze and summarize the problems,put forward corresponding design strategies,as well as look forward the development of large residential areas.In conclusion,the cause of formation of large residential areas,their impacts on cities and operation,present problems have been analyzed in this paper,which are expected to provide some reference for the further construction of large residential areas in the future.
