In recent years, CFRP because of its high strength light weight, good corrosion resistance andresistance to electric magnetic excellent performance, such as an ideal substitute to solve the problemof the steel corrosion, and have been extensive attention by more and more scholars, and widelyresearch of universities and research institutions at home and abroad, and widely applied to theBridges, buildings and other structures and new structure reinforcement. However, CFRP due to itslow elastic modulus, lead to it cannot give full play to its advantages of high strength, and thedeflection and deformation is too large. To solve this problem, the “CFRP-PCPs composite bars(carbon fiber reinforced polymer prestressed concrete prisms)” is presented by this research. There aretwo many excellent properties of a new material, such as high strength, high toughness, RPC highdurability, light weight, high strength carbon fiber composite material corrosion resistance. This is aconcrete structure consists of CFRP-physician rods can tackle corruption found on the steel issue, itcan play a role in improving the durability of imports, improve the carrying capacity, and improvingdistortion performance of concrete structure.Based on the self-developed CFRP-PCPs composite bars by the research, the deflectionperformance of CFRP-PCPs composite reinforced concrete beam by considering differentpresressing of CFRP and different section size of PCPs bars, is researched in this paper. The mainwork contents and research results are as follows:(1) Through the strength of five prestressed CFRP-PCPs composite reinforced concrete beams,load-static deflection relationship, ultimate bearing capacity, failure modes, such as changes infracture load tests conducted research showed that: the stress of the prestressed CFRP-PCPscomposite reinforced concrete beam is better than common CFRP reinforced concrete beam, similarto those of ordinary reinforced concrete beams is even better.(2) By the using of the finite element software ANSYS, the paper established a finite elementmodel of the specimens, and analysed the deflection of finite element model. Compared with the testresults, the simulation results demonstrate the applicability of the finite element model.(3) On the basis of experimental study, the paper analysed the existing relevant theory andresearch experience at home and abroad for reference, and put forward the prestressed CFRP-PCPscomposite reinforced concrete beam deflection calculation method for advice. The paper solved thesection stiffness of CFRP-PCPs reinforced concrete beam in serviceability limit state by thestiffness analytic method,then calculate reinforced with CFRP-PCPs deflection of concrete beamsaccording to material mechanics calculation method. The calculation result has good agreement withthe test results.
