In recent years,Reinforced concrete beams reinforced with Near-surfacemounted(NSM) carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) have been extensive attention athome and abroad and have achieved some research results, but there is also someshortcomings, This paper is in order to solve disadvantage of the NSM non-prestressedCFRP reinforcement: deflection and the crack width of the beam too big, bad ductility instructural seismic,the high strength advantage of CFRP reinforced less play to the defectsect, when reinforced concrete beams strengthened with NSM prestressed CFRPreinforcement,development drawing anchor installment of complex construction process,higher cost; strengthened beams method of NSM CFRP-PCPs compound reinforced(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer prestressed concrete prisms, this article referred to as"CFRP-PCPs compound reinforced)concrete prisms was proposed, the analysedexperiment and theory and achieveing the expected effect. This paper was based onself-developed CFRP-PCPs compound reinforced to strengthen reinforced concrete, andexperimental study and theoretical analysis were done, experimental study on eightconcrete beams, the study content includes: influence of reinforcing effec on differentcontrol tension stress; influence on the performance of reinforcement different materialsmade of compound reinforced; secondary stress experimental research; The deducedformula of the bearing capacity, cracks, the deflection of strengthened beams; thenonlinear finite element analysis of bending property strenthened beams; Constructiontechnology introduction of NSM CFRP-PCPs reinforced concrete beams, the mainresearch contents and results of this paper as follows:First, the CFRP-PCPs compound reinforced was proposed and developed, thiscompound reinforced,which prestressed CFRP was mounted to the smaller section of highperformance concrete, to achieve the design strength of concrete, prestressed CFRPactivited with high performance concrete formed the section size smaller suitable for axisof tensile CFRP-PCPs compound reinforced,and the CFRP-PCPs compound reinforceddirectly was mountded in all kinds of concrete component at the bottom of the tensileareas, namely forming a new reinforcement method of NSM CFRP-PCPs compoundreinforced, and this paper changed the materials of compound reinforced,which used thelighter epoxy resin, also getting a good effect.Second, a total of eight concrete beams were studied, experimental study oninfluence on failure mode,secondary stress, tension control stress of NSM CFRP-PCPsbeams; And bending theory calculation formula (including strength, stiffness, crack, etc)was established, study and analysis results: method of NSM CFRP-PCPs compoundreinforced could effectively improve performance of the strength, stiffness and crack ofreinforced concrete component,and avoid debonding destruction the traditional NSM reinforcement.Third, the large commercial finite element analysis software—ANSYS was used onbeams analysis of this topic test, and established ANSYS analysis model was simulatedforce performance of NSM CFRP-PCPs compound reinforced on this paper.This paper research will provide reference for design codes of NSM CFRP-PCPs ofour country and provides the basis for CFRP-PCPs compound on application of civilengineering...
