With the progress and improvement of industrial production technology,iron mining enterprises pay more and more attention to the generation and treatment of risks in production.In the process of iron mine mining,due to the narrow and changeable working space,the majority of mechanical equipment types and quantities,the concentration of operating personnel,the complex hydrogeological environment and other factors,eventually caused the phenomenon of frequent accidents in the working face.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out risk assessment on the mining face of iron ore to enhance the intrinsic safety of iron ore and strengthen the identification and control of iron ore safety risk.Based on the understanding of the production characteristics of China's iron mine mining system and the safety risk analysis of iron mining face,combined with a large number of literature and participating in field investigation and questionnaire analysis,according to the construction principle and process of the index system,this paper selects five risks as the basis: personnel safety risk,mechanical equipment safety risk,management security risk,environmental security risk and information security risk Based on the safety risk evaluation index system of mining face in iron mine.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the safety risk of mining face in iron mine,and the risk status at present stage is determined.On this basis,the main factors affecting the safety of iron mine B are found.Finally,in view of the risk factors existing in iron mine B,the control countermeasures are put forward from five aspects:personnel safety management,mechanical equipment maintenance management,management system optimization guarantee,environmental risk control and information construction,which provides scientific basis for mine safety technology and safety risk management,and ensures the safe and orderly production of iron ore.
