Research On Logistics Performance Evaluation Of Amino Chemistry Company

With the increasing market competition,more and more enterprises have realized that reducing the cost of logistics system has become a new source of profit growth,and improving the efficiency of logistics system is an important way to gain competitive advantage.If enterprises want to use efficient logistics system to gain competitive advantage,they should have accurate logistics performance evaluation system.As the main part of enterprise logistics management,logistics performance evaluation can assist enterprises to explore logistics capacity and improve logistics system.Anno chemical company mainly produces m-phenylenediamine,resorcinol and other chemical products.With the development of the company,logistics management also encountered the double pressure of safety production and cost saving.This paper takes anno chemical company as the research object,according to the relevant theories of logistics performance evaluation,uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate,analyze and improve the logistics performance of anno chemical company.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,combing the domestic and foreign logistics performance related research literature,determine the theoretical basis and evaluation method of this study;secondly,summarize the logistics capacity and logistics process of anno chemical company,and construct the logistics performance evaluation index system of anno chemical company from four dimensions of financial contribution,customer service,logistics process,learning and growth Thirdly,based on the survey data of the evaluation index,this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the logistics performance of anno chemical company by calculating the membership vector and performance evaluation score.The overall logistics performance score is 83.78,and the evaluation result is good.Finally,from the two levels of the first level index and the second level index,the logistics performance of anno chemical company is graded and comprehensively evaluated This paper analyzes the main reasons that affect the logistics performance of anno chemical,and formulates the promotion strategy of logistics performance from four dimensions,and puts forward some suggestions,such as establishing multiple transportation and distribution system,optimizing the internal and external warehouse inventory layout,paying attention to the on-time delivery rate,and improving the inventory turnover rate.It is believed that this study will help anno chemical company to effectively improve the level of logistics management,and has reference value for other chemical enterprises' logistics performance management.
