Under the background of the increasingly prominent water pollution problem,in recent years,with the strong promotion of Jiangsu ocean and Fisheries Bureau,a new type of environment-friendly and resource-saving freshwater aquaculture model "pond industrial ecological aquaculture system" has been rapidly promoted and applied in Jiangsu Province,in order to form a set of technical countermeasures for water quality assurance of pond industrial ecological aquaculture system In order to achieve the best ecological benefits of aquaculture environment,this paper takes the freshwater aquaculture pond in Liuhe District of Nanjing city and the seawater aquaculture pond in Rudong County as research cases.The investigation contents include the cost,expenditure,income and economic benefits of the bass aquaculture pond,large yellow croaker aquaculture pond and black snapper aquaculture pond in California,as well as the total phosphorus,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite,nitrate and water in the purification area Temperature,dissolved oxygen,bottom sediment,etc.According to the relevant aquaculture laws,regulations,standards and technical specifications,the indicators of the water body were evaluated.The results showed that: in terms of aquaculture benefits,the industrial ecological aquaculture mode of freshwater in Liuhe District has achieved good economic benefits during the aquaculture period,and the per mu yield and per mu profit are higher than that of the traditional pond,which is suitable for the cultivation of bass in California;Rudong County Industry The estimated economic benefits of large yellow croaker and black snapper in the chemical ecological culture system are deficit,which fail to achieve the expected effect.The breeding area is vulnerable to the impact of typhoon,resulting in income reduction.In view of its problems,suggestions for improvement are put forward.In terms of ecological benefits,the two water quality indexes of p H and ammonia nitrogen in the aquaculture area and purification area of the freshwater industrial ecological pond in Liuhe District are better,all p H and ammonia nitrogen are qualified,while the qualification rate of total phosphorus is 60%,the qualification rate of total nitrogen is 6.6%,and the qualification rate of COD is 6.6%.The three indexes of total phosphorus,total nitrogen and COD are higher than the standard,and the p H,inorganic nitrogen and COD in the aquaculture area and purification area are all qualified Compared with the initial monitoring period,TN,TP,ammonia nitrogenand COD in the aquaculture area of freshwater pond decreased by 32.6%,75%,70%and 57.5%,TN,TP and COD in the two aquaculture channels of seawater pond increased by 30.6%,28.8% and 116%,26% respectively,and ammonia nitrogen and COD decreased by 77%,94%,40.7% and 49.2%,indicating that the water purification area of Liuhe District has achieved water purification For example,the water purification technology of Dongxian water purification area needs to be adjusted.At the same time,we compared the water quality and sediment index of each point in the breeding area and the water purification area of the two places,and found that the difference in pollution degree was not particularly obvious,which indicated that the water body did not form a cycle completely,and there were some problems in the overall construction layout,water purification means and daily management of the ponds in the two demonstration points.Finally,through the problems in the breeding area,water purification area and water quality monitoring indicators of the demonstration site,from the perspective of meeting the requirements of the breeding system,strengthening water quality improvement measures and optimizing the management of the breeding system,from the aspects of reasonable layout of infrastructure,improving the technology of the water purification area,production management,disaster prevention measures and self rescue after the disaster,the two selected pond industrial ecological breeding systems are analyzed Several feasible technical countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the unified demonstration site,which will play a certain guiding role in promoting the economic and ecological benefits of the industrial ecological aquaculture mode of freshwater and seawater in Jiangsu Province.
