In the Jin Dynasty,Shanxi produced a large number of Black Oil dripper cups, which were very distinctive, and there was no shortage of quality products. However, few scholars have so far paid attention to the Oil dripper cup produced in Shanxi. This article takes the Oil dripper cup in Shanxi as the research object, and conducts an in-depth study on it.The Shanxi Oil dripper cup was used as a tea maker in the Jin Dynasty. Therefore, this article explores the historical and cultural background of Shanxi Oil dripper cup production by analyzing the historical facts of Tea culture of the Jin Dynasty. The content of the full text is divided into four parts. The first chapter of this article is an introduction. This part clarifies the significance of this article, sets the research object of this paper as Shanxi Oil dripper cups and Tea culture of the Jin Dynasty, and reviews the previous research on Shanxi Oil dripper cups and Tea culture of the Jin Dynasty.Since most of the kiln sites in Shanxi have not been officially excavated, there are few systematic discussions on Shanxi oil droplets, and no monograph on Shanxi oil droplets has been published. However, there are references to Shanxi's Oil dripper cup in previously published journal papers and academic papers.Although there are few opinions,it is possible to sort out the approximate academic history.Recalling the previous studies on the tea culture of the Jin Dynasty,it involved many aspects such as the tea ban policy, tea drinking customs, and Quechang trade. The second chapter of this article is Shanxi's Oil dripper cup.Among the many kilns for firing Oil dripper cups in the north, the amount of Oil dripper cups fired by kilns in Shanxi is large and precise.Linfen kiln,Jiexiu kiln,Huairen kiln,Yuci kiln,Shuozhou kiln and other kilns in Shanxi area in the Jin Dynasty all have Oil dripper cups with their own characteristics. At present,a part of the complete set of Shanxi Oil dripper cup is kept in museums at home and abroad, and a part of Shanxi Oil dripper cup is kept in the form of fragments in the hands of private collectors or circulated in the private market. This article introduces the Oil dripper cup specimen materials collected by museums and collectors.According to the color of the glaze, the collected material of Shanxi Oil dripper cup can be divided into three categories: silver oil droplets, gold oil droplets and gold and silver overlapping oil droplets. Some Oil dripper cups have large oil droplets clustered together, which form a special shape through the accumulation of oil droplets.According to the different shapes,it can be divided into two categories: special fireworks and fireworks. The article classifies the collected Shanxi Oil dripper cup materials according to the above classification criteria. From the collected Shanxi Oil dripper cup specimen type, glaze color, speckle morphology, fetal color and other aspects of the comprehensive description of it as comprehensive as possible.Based on the comprehensive collection of Shanxi Oil dripper cups from museums and collectors, the article summarizes the topographic features of Shanxi Oil dripper cups of high quality. The Oil dripper cup in Shanxi was originally produced after imitating the jianyao Oil dripper cup,and has similarities with the jianyao Oil dripper cup in appearance. But through careful observation, there are many differences between Shanxi Oil dripper cup and Jianyao Oil dripper cup.The article explores the difference between the Oil dripper cup produced in Shanxi and the Oil dripper cup produced in Jian Kiln from the aspects of formation mechanism, speckle shape, and shape. There are some unique phenomena on Shanxi Oil dripper cup, such as heavy internal but not external, upper tire glaze, and the appearance of large volume objects. The article explores these unique points from many aspects and explores the reasons for their emergence. There are multiple kiln mouth Oil dripper cups in Jin Dynasty in Shanxi Province. The article selects three kiln mouths that produce a large amount of Oil dripper cups and focus on them. They are Huairen Kiln,Jiexiu Kiln and Linfen Kiln. The article mainly discusses the geographical environment, initial firing time, duration, fired products and typical utensils of these three kilns. The black glaze porcelain was fired in Shanxi in a later period, but it was fired on a large scale in the Jin Dynasty. The article deeply demonstrates the reasons for the large amount of black glazed porcelain in Shanxi in the Jin Dynasty. The third chapter of this article is about the Tea culture of the Jin Dynasty.Compared with the Song Dynasty tea culture, which has reached its peak, the world pays less attention to the Tea culture of the Jin Dynasty, and there are fewer relevant studies.Because the Jin Dynasty was a dynasty established by ethnic minorities, some people preconceived that the Jin people seldom drink tea and did not form their own tea culture system. The article refutes this point of view by listing the relevant basis.Through in-depth exploration,we can see that the history of Jin Chaoren's tea drinking is very rich.According to the records of the "Jin Dynasty History" and other documents, the article sorts out the historical facts of the tea culture of the Jin Dynasty from three aspects: royal tea drinking by the aristocrats, tea drinking by the common people, and tea tasting by the Buddha. The dietary life of the royal family of the Jin Dynasty experienced a changing process from simple and crude to exquisite.Learning to drink tea with Han people is a very important part of this changing process. In the political life of the Jin dynasty, ceremonies such as the deity, pilgrimage rites, emperor's ritual guards, and foreign ambassador's reception rites all involved tea,and there were clear regulations on the use of tea.The people of Jin people regard tea as an indispensable item for hospitality. At the same time, tea is also used in sacrifices, weddings and other occasions, and tea-related poems are also created. There are many records about Buddhism and Taoism drinking tea in the literature, and unearthed cultural relics confirm the historical facts of Buddhism drinking tea.Mural tombs occupy a certain proportion in the tombs of the Jin Dynasty. There are scenes of drinking tea and preparing tea in the frescoes of more than ten tombs in the Jin Dynasty mural tombs discovered so far.The article collected information on these ten tombs with tea drinking and tea preparation scene murals, and analyzed these ten tombs in detail through their geographic location, burial time, and identity of the tomb owner. The article restores the tea drinking habits and utensils of the Jin dynasty through details in tea drinking and tea preparation murals.
