With the development of China's economy,the energy structure is undergoing major changes.Natural gas,as an environmentally friendly energy,plays an important role in the proportion of energy due to its high heat and low pollution.Natural gas is called an environmentally friendly fuel and has been considered by the industry as the future direction of the development.In the developed coastal areas of China,the natural gas pipeline network cannot be completely covered.In this case,a large number of liquefied gas receiving stations are constructed to ensure the stability of fuel supply and strategic energy peak shaving.In the research of this subject,it is founded that there are certain deficiencies in the treatment of flash steam process,so the process optimization of flash steam is taken as the object of this article.According to the analysis of the characteristics of the research object in this article,the process simulation software Aspen HYSYS is used as the tool of research.The treatment process of flash steam will be established by Aspen HYSYS software and be used as the basis of research.According to the characteristics of the research object,we analyze and explore the change law of the various parameters in the research object,and then the optimization of the process system of flash steam recycling will be realized.First,the characteristics of the research object are used as the basis,and according to different algorithms used in the simulation process to compare.According to the requirements of the simulation in this article,the equation is further screened,and the SRK equation is used for process analysis.Secondly,in order to ensure the accuracy and credibility of the calculation results,the Aspen HYSYS software is used to establish a flash steam processing process model to analyze the corresponding energy consumption values under different conditions;then we compare and analyze the flash steam processing technology characteristics.According to the comparison results,the following conclusions are drawn: the direct compression process has a simple process and few application equipment,but its energy consumption value is relatively high;the re-condensation process is more complicated and has more application equipment.Then it is concluded that the recondensation recycling process is more valuable than the direct compression recycling process.Finally,the flash steam re-condensation process optimization is regarded as the key to the research direction.Through six aspects of comparative to analyze the optimized process simulation,it is concluded that in terms of the number of equipment,the optimized process is less than the re-condensation process;the optimized process is not so complicated;in BOG temperature,BOG pressure,outbound Under the conditions of the pipe network temperature and the pressure of the external pipeline network,the difference in energy consumption between the two is basically stable between 1100-2000 k W,and the energy saving ratio is about 10%-15%;under the condition of the BOG mass flow condition,the mass flow rate from the simulation condition starts at 7000kg/h,and the difference in energy consumption between the two increases exponentially.Finally,it is concluded that the re-optimization process is simpler than the re-condensation process,and the energy-saving effect is obvious.The results are ideal.
