Petroleum is mainly composed of hydrocarbons and contains a considerable amount of non-hydrocarbon compounds. The amount of sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen and other heteroatom compounds in heavy oil may be as high as 10-30%,and even exceed hydrocarbons as the main component.Sulfide is one of the most abundant compounds in heavy oil.The existence of sulfide has a great influence on the processing of heavy oil.Sulfides can inactivate catalyst poisoning during petroleum processing.During the combustion of fuels, sulfur compounds can release sulfur dioxide compounds that are very harmful to the environment and the human body. Therefore, the effective removal of sulfur compounds in heavy oil is the petroleum industry.Important subject.Hydrodesulfurization is the main way to remove heavy oil sulfide.Various conditions of the hydrogenation reaction, including space velocity,hydrogen-oil ratio, temperature, pressure, catalyst, etc.,have important effects on the depth of hydrogenation and conversion efficiency of sulfide. This paper mainly uses Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry(FT-ICR MS)to characterize in detail the changes of sulfides in the products of various hydrogenation reactors under different hydrogenation conditions of different heavy oils.It is possible to deeply understand the hydrogenation conversion laws of heavy oil sulfides at the molecular level, and to obtain the generality and characteristics of the molecular-level conversion laws of sulfur atom compounds of heteroatom compounds during the hydrogenation of fixed bed residues under different operating conditions. The specific work is as follows.Establish the raw material oil used for research and carry out basic physical and chemical properties and fine structure characterization. At thesame time, the basic physical and chemical properties and molecular level composition of different export products were analyzed. Finally, using FT-ICR MS combined with + ESI ionization, the changes of sulfides before and after hydrogenation of different heavy oils were analyzed. At the same time, the effects of different hydrogenation reaction conditions on the hydrogenation depth and conversion efficiency of sulfides, including space velocity,The main results of hydrogen-oil ratio, temperature, pressure, catalyst, etc.are as follows:(1)For different heavy oil feedstocks, the types of sulfides contained are not much different, and the relative abundance of the compounds is high.(2)After the heavy oil passes through four series hydrogenation reactors, the sulfide removal has a certain regularity.(3)Changes in different hydrogenation reaction conditions will have different effects on the hydrogenation depth and conversion efficiency of sulfides.
