The author through to the production plant is expected to processing raw material oil distillation curve, and the expected target product distribution and product properties of data simulation,on the third cycle ICR series catalyst grading scheme selection of catalyst type and loading ratio is optimized, determine the grading of catalyst grading system loading scheme and sulfide solution. In addition, based on the operation data of industrial production, product quality, data collection, analysis, and on the third cycle ICR series catalyst grading system comprehensive evaluation of the effect of industrial application.
