Pure cotton fabric has good air permeability, water absorption and biodegradability, but it also has shortcomings such as easy wrinkling and poor elasticity.Therefore,non-iron finishing naturally becomes the most important link in the finishing of cotton fabrics. This article firstly uses the single factor variable method to explore the influence of various additives and treatment processes on the non-iron finishing. And screened out the finishing process suitable for DM-3510 finishing agent: resin concentration 150g/L;catalyst 20%(accounting for the amount of resin);penetrant 2g/L;softener 20g/L;baking condition160℃×1.5min;After drying, the liquid volume is between 5% and 8%.In order to reduce the problem of strong damage in the non-iron finishing process, the four common strengths on the market were used in combination with DM-3510 and SRD787 respectively. It was found that the strong protective agent has improved all the strengths of DM-3510 and has improved the strength of SRD787.The tearing strength has also been improved. In recent years, people’s demand for clothing has become higher and higher.Clothing such as shirts and suits cannot have folds. Therefore, delayed baking has become a hot spot in the non-iron neighborhood. This article mainly explores the evaluation methods of the storage stability of cotton fabrics after delayed baking. It is different from traditional mechanical performance evaluation methods such as wrinkle recovery angle and strength. This paper proposes the use of reaction kinetics and the Arrhenius formula to calculate room temperature The reaction rate equation is used to predict the degree of crosslinking of sensitized fabrics after long-term storage. For the etherified 2D resin, the Kjeldahl method was used to measure the bound nitrogen content on the fabric to study its reaction kinetics, and for the polycarboxylic acids, the calcium acetate titration method was used to measure the change of the carboxyl group content on the fabric to study the reaction kinetics. Finally, the error of predicting the reaction degree of sensitized fabric is within 5% and 3%,and the experimental period is much shorter than the traditional evaluation method.
