In the article, the UV protective finishing agent is extracted from a variety of natural plants, by measuring ultraviolet absorption spectrum curve of the extract, several plant extracts are chose.The finishing agent with a broad spectrum of up ultraviolet prevention effect is got by using the complex match of the plant extract. By using microcapsule techniques complex cooperation method, the microcapsule UV protective finishing agent is prepared, the core of which is UV protective finishing agent. By using UV protective finishing agent and microcapsule UV protective finishing agent to finish the silk fabric, the finishing processes are optimized and the before and after finished fabric properties are discussed.By using water bath reflux method, the natural UV protective finishing agent from natural plants is extracted. The test results show that the best extraction conditions for60%ethanol extraction solution for2h, extraction temperature of70℃, solid-liquid ratio is1:20.According to the uniform formula design UM15(153) table to arrange the mixture experiment, the best compositional formulation is concluded that turmeric extraction is accounted for16.3%of the overall mixture liquid, baicalin extraction is accounted for80.9%of the overall mixture liquid, Rheum officinale extraction is accounted for2.8%of the overall mixture liquid.With gelatin and Arabic gum as the wall material, complex cooperation method is used to prepare the microcapsule UV protective finishing agent. According to the single factor method, the best technological conditions is determined that ratio of core to wall is1:5, PH value is4.0, condensed reaction temperature is55℃, the condensing reaction time is30min, stirring speed for700r/min, curing time is60min.Pre-chelated the silk fabric with metal ion, and then finished by UV protective finishing agent in the UV-protective finishing process.By using the UV protective finishing agent to finish silk fabric directly, the optimal arrangement scheme is determined:alum complexation,the concentration of finishing liquid is2Xg/L, the pH value of finishing liquid is6, finishing temperature is90℃, finishing time is80incusing impregnation method finishing process to finish fabric by the UV protective finishing agent, through the single factor experiment,the best arrangement conditions is determined:The dosage of microcapsule is50ml; Dipping time is50min; Dipping temperature is80℃; Curing temperature is80℃; Baking time is30min.Various performance tests show that, after the UV protective finishing agent and microcapsule UV protective finishing agent finishing, the thickness of the fabric doesn’t change apparently; Permeability, capillary effect, drapability has slightly lower but small the changes are small, among which the strength of microcapsule finished fabric increases slightly;Thermogravimetric analysis results show that after UV protective finishing agent and microcapsule UV protective finishing agent finishing, the thermal stability performance of fabrics all have slightly lower; the X-ray diffraction analysis shows that two kinds of finishing process does not change the crystallization of fabric area; The SEM analysis results show that two finishing agents are attached to the fiber and embedded in fibers. According to the water washing test results, the silk fabric finished by microcapsule UV protective finishing agent has a longer time in pretending UV.Various using properties analysis shows that the fabric maintained the original style basically.
