The stability of mined-out area is a non-negligible safety issue in the mining process of the mine.Metal mines have a variety of mining methods.The stage empty field and subsequent filling method is a combined mining method combining the empty field method and the filling mining method.The advantages of low chemical conversion rate,high recovery rate of ore and good ventilation effect have been widely used in the mining of metal mines.However,this mining method will produce a lot of goaf during the mining process,and its stability is an important issue in the safe production of the mine.As the mining progresses,the in-situ stress changes greatly,and it is easy to cause ganging and roof fall of the surrounding roadway,resulting in the instability of the mined-out area and threatening the life safety of the workers of the mining site.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and analyze the stability of the mined-out area for the safety of the mine.This paper will take the Wuji Iron Mine?North Section?of Anhui Development and Mining Co.,Ltd.as the background,use site survey,three-dimensional exploration,data analysis and numerical simulation to analyze the stability of the-400m middle mined-out area,and useFLAC3Dvalues The simulation software simulates the whole process of goaf filling and mine mining dynamics,analyzes and evaluates the spatial stability of the goaf from the aspects of stress,displacement,plastic zone,etc.,and analyzes the effect of the goaf on the stability of the entire mine.The main content of this study as follows:?1?Collect the basic data of the mine,understand the actual conditions of the engineering geology and hydrogeology of the mining area,surrounding environment,stope design and filling parameters,and at the same time summarize the factors affecting the stability of the goaf and common disasters in the goaf.Mechanism of space instability in empty space;?2?According to the mining design of Wuji Iron Mine?north section?,the horizontal section of the middle section,the longitudinal section and the fill account of the mined-out area,and using the C-ALS three-dimensional laser scanning technology to carry out the-400m middle mined-out area of Wuji On-site detection,get the point cloud data of the goaf,and through the post-processing of the detection data and related data to establish a whole three-dimensional visualization model including the surface,ore body and goaf;?3?UseFLAC3Dnumerical simulation software to simulate the mining and filling conditions of the empty field and subsequent filling in the stage,and simulate the impact of the surface and underground of the goaf in Wuji Iron Mine?North Section?,from stress analysis,displacement analysis and plastic zone analysis,Analyze the changes of in-situ stress produced by the mined-out area during mining and its impact on the mining area;?4?Perform statistical analysis on the historical monitoring data of displacement monitoring points arranged in the mining area and the perimeter,and evaluate the suitability of the surface building site after the completion of mining according to the evaluation criteria of the proposed surface site.
