The mine goat is one of the main safety problems existing in mine production, and it iscritical to carry on the stability analysis and effective governance. The fluorite ore mining in thesouth in Jiangxi has been left many concealed goaf due to the early people mine, and ore body isunder the river bed which is flowing through. It is decided by so many complex environmentalconditions above that if it ensure safety mining the lower ore body,we have to have a goodknowledge of the original stability of the goaf, and carry on the effective processing. In thisarticle it conducts the geological survey about rundeground mining in mine region first, detect theconcealed goaf using3d laser scanners second, build cavity3d entity model combined withmodeling software Surpac and,obtain3d information about the goaf third. On this basis it applythe research methods such as the unascertained measurement theory and the numerical simulationto analyze the stability of the total mining goaf, and evaluate the effect about goaf governance. Itprovide effective information for the mine safety production and the goaf governance. Researchconclusions are as follows:1ã€Based on the engineering geology investigation, it statistic analyzes the data which isfrom the tunnel joints actually detecting,and calculates the rock mass quality indicators, evaluatesthe stability of the rock mass,and provides basic data for the research on goaf stability analysis.2ã€It detects concealed the fluorite ore goaf with3d laser detection system (C-ALS),on thisbasis, builds the goaf area3d model combined with mining software Surpac, obtaines thethree-dimensional information, further to provide the stability analysis of the goaf with theactually measured data.3ã€It adopts the unascertained measurement theory to judge the classes of the stability aboutthe14goafs through selecting11factors index which influences the stability of mined-out area.4ã€It uses the FLAC3Dnumerical calculation software to establish the calculation model ofthe mine area, simulates excavation in accordance with the order of the original mining,calculates and analyzes the stability of the goaf formed before, puts forward two governanceschemes, and respectively, simulates and analyzes the stability about the goaf of the lower orebody stoping the and the governance effect.The results show that there is no large deformationand movement in surrounding rock in goaf after the original mining activities, and the stability isgood; and it is good to use the cementation filling to handle the mined-out area and caneffectively control movement of the goaf roof strata, is in favor of the lower ore body minesmoothly. |
