| Objective: There are some problems among several monitoring systems of the National Health Commission,such as non-standard food classification and codings,non-unified hierarchy,difficulty in effective data correlation and deep mining.In order to solve the above problems,research a mechanism to realize the specification and integration of food safety data in multiple systems of National Food Contamination Reporting System,Foodborne Disease Outbreak Monitoring System and National Food Microbiological Risk Monitoring Data Collection Information Platform.Methods: Taking the related data of multi-system food classification and coding of the National Health Commission as the research object.Horizontally compared a number of existing domestic and foreign food classification and coding systems,including the three major monitoring systems,and summarized the scientificity of each system.Then combined with Chinese complex diet structure characteristics and unique food processing technology,a number of domestic food-related standards are integrated to build a theoretical method and coding rules based on food classification + natures multivariate combination.After discussion by the expert group,a set of general standard system with Chinese characteristics,compatible and expandable was researched and established.On this basis,the food mapping and labeling system network platform which can realize data fusion was established by using computer network technology.Results: The established general standard system included four parts: standard food classification,standard food natures,coding rules,food mapping and fusion mechanisms.Among them,the food classification covered 8 levels,24 major categories,133 sub-categories,several groups,and 2,504 specific foods;There were24 faces in total,694 natures at the first level,655 natures at the second level,and atotal of 25945 natures;The coding rules for classification and nature were F[1-1A-NP-Y3-9]{5},with a bit length of 6,which was automatically assigned by the system,codes were not repeated,and 33,554,432 items can be encoded.The classification and nature codes were connected by the syntax rules of "food classification codes | nature codes 1,nature codes 2,nature codes 3...";Two kinds of food mapping methods,equivalent mapping and non-equivalent mapping,were created.And in order to ensure the accuracy of the mapping and the smooth progress of the mapping fusion work,a set of applicable mapping principles and data mapping fusion mechanisms have been sorted out.The food mapping and labeling system network platform included four modules: food mapping,standard correction tools,contribution ranking and mapping progress,and codes export.Through platform mapping,National Food Contamination Reporting System,Foodborne Disease Outbreak Monitoring System and National Food Microbiological Risk Monitoring Data Summary Information Platform containing 1,340,2401 and 500 specific foods respectively,the mapping completion rates were respectively 90.03%,86.48% and 79.64%,basically completed the mapping of food classification and coding,and achieved data fusion.Conclusion: The established general standard system had the characteristics of strong compatibility,applicability and flexibility.The multivariate combination of food classification + natures provided the necessary theoretical method for food safety data fusion,which was more suitable for the mapping of Chinese food classifications and codings.Using computer network technology to establish a network platform,while ensuring effective compatibility with existing external multi-source heterogeneous monitoring systems.Through manual mapping and platform mapping,the fushion of food classification and coding data of the three major monitoring systems of the National Health Commission was finally achieved. |
