Study On Causes And Prevention Countermeasures Of Atmospheric Pollution In Shaoxing City

During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period,the outbreak of haze pollution severely affected many cities throughout the country,and Shaoxing has also been plagued by haze.For this reason,the central government has ordered military orders from all over the country.In 2017,the local environmental air needs to be improved.At the end of 2013,the State Council convened a meeting to determine the action plan for the next four years to control air pollution.called the Operation Plan for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution.According to the national and provincial requirements,it is necessary to gradually improve the air quality to the secondary air quality standards by stages.In 2017,the concentration of fine particulate matter,the main pollutant in Shaoxing,will decrease by at least 26%on the base of 2013.With the purpose of achieving the short-term goal of air quality control,this paper studies the causes of air pollution in Shaoxing city and discusses the prevention and control measures,so as to achieve the goal of improving the air quality of Shaoxing city.The paper is divided into five parts,the first chapter is the general introduction,including the source of the topic,the reasons for the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the main research objects and the methods used.The second chapter is the analysis of the present situation of air pollution in Shaoxing city,and the comparison of air pollution and economic development between Shaoxing and typical cities.The third chapter is the analysis of air pollution sources in Shaoxing,and the main categories of air pollution sources are analyzed in detail.Chapter 4 is the analysis of the causes of urban air pollution in Shaoxing,through the analysis of topography,meteorology,industrial layout,industrial structure,energy consumption and other aspects of the impact of atmospheric quality.The fifth chapter is the prevention and Control Countermeasures of urban air pollution in Shaoxing,and puts forward specific measures for improving urban air pollution in Shaoxing.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole paper and concludes that fine particulate matter is the primary air pollution in Shaoxing.Ozone pollution is increasing.It is necessary to control fine particulate matter and ozone pollution.Shaoxing urban air pollution is mainly due to the intensity of local major pollutants emissions,and higher than the emission level of Zhejiang Province.A lot of industrial pollution sources are concentrated in the upper air outlets in the northern part of the city.With the decrease of atmospheric diffusion capacity and extraordinary geographical conditions,it is easy to form haze under the static wind and other meteorological conditions.The main sources of pollution in Shaoxing are made up of industrial sources,traffic sources and living sources.The largest source of emissions is industrial sources.Based on the analysis of the causes of atmospheric pollution in Shaoxing City,effective measures should be taken to prevent and control industrial pollution,to control vehicle exhaust emissions,to control volatile organic compounds,to strengthen rural exhaust control,to strictly excute environmental law,to increase environmental investment and to strengthen environmental protection.Shaoxing's air pollution prevention and control measures are put forward in the aspects of environmental education and environmental awareness.The results show that through a series of comprehensive measures,the degree of air pollution in Shaoxing city can be reduced to the expected target,and the air quality can be effectively improved.
