Research On Comprehensive Budget Management Of Z Petroleum Engineering Company Based On SAP System

Z petroleum engineering company is a company based on oil drilling.Oil drilling is a high input,high-risk and low profit industry.Drilling profit is closely related to oil price.The stronger the oil price falls,the lower the price of the drilling service is.Z oil engineering enterprises are facing increasingly severe competition pressure and survival pressure,and the fine comprehensive budget management is particularly urgent and important.At present,Z petroleum engineering enterprises exist many problems in the budget management,Z company needs to build a new set of information on budget management system,so as to achieve the optimal allocation of corporate resources and funds,really promote the comprehensive budget management fine,real-time and intelligent,a prominent role in strengthening the budget cost management,lay a solid the foundation for sustained and stable development of the company.In this paper,in the literature research at home and abroad,it is found that the discussion of the characteristic comprehensive budget management of the petroleum engineering industry is less,especially the less of the SAP information management software,which needs to be further expanded and perfected.This paper,taking Z petroleum engineering company as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the overall budget management of the company by consulting the information and field investigation,combining the characteristics of the drilling industry,and based on the related theories of financial information management and comprehensive budget management,and finds out the related problems of the company’s budget management.And from the problem leads to the direction of Z company’s overall budget management change: that is,introducing SAP information system,combining the business practice of Z petroleum engineering company,reconstructing the overall budget management system of the Z company.This paper introduces the WBS work decomposition structure to manage and improve the fineness of Z company’s budget management,and studies the methods and assessment mechanisms to strengthen the comprehensive budget management,and discusses the comprehensive and comprehensive budget management system from vision to strategic deployment,budget designation,cost control and performance evaluation.This paper also analyzes the implementation effect of the new budget mode,and puts forward some preventive measures for possible problems.At the end of this paper,the purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency and efficiency of Z,enhance the level of overall budget management,improve the strategic target of Z company,and also hope to provide useful reference for the overall budget management of other enterprises in the same industry.
