Oilfield measurement and control system is an siginificant part of oilfield automation production.In recent years,with the development of computer technology and network technology,oilfield measurement and control system is developing towards wireless,networking and intellectualization.The transformation of the original oilfield measurement and control system can greatly improve the real-time performance and the safety of oilfield production,as well as reduce the cost of personnel and improve the efficiency of production.In order to replace the complex and inefficient ZigBee wireless MESH network,LoRa low power remote wireless transmission technology is introduced to establish the wireless control system of oil field based on the existing oil field information acquisition and data transmission system.The topology of the network is star shaped.and nodes in the system network are divided into sensor nodes,controller nodes and central nodes.According to the different mission requirements of these three types of nodes,a way of networking is designed,which realizes remote collection and control of oil field data.To solve the problem of inconvenient measurement and control of oilfield workers,web measurement and control system is constructed by combining the oilfield network with embedded servers,which finally realizes the intelligent and networking of oilfield measurement and control.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)According to the needs of on-site measurement and control of oil field,the wireless measurement and control network of oilfield is researched.The characteristics of LoRa technology and its networking mode are studied emphatically.According to the actual situation of oil field,the sensor network and controller network are established.(2)Aiming at the problem of communication conflict existing in sensor network,the method of resolving communication conflict is researched and the original binary exponential backoff algorithm is improved.The RTS/CTS mechanism is used to solve the hidden node problem encountered in communication.According to the communication requirements of oil field controller,ModBus protocol is introduced to improve the network reliability.(3)According to the requirements of system for low power consumption,this thesis analyzes the power consumption model of the system,and optimizes the power consumption in the network according to different node types.(4)The hardware circuit of the system is designed and realized,the software design of the communication system is completed,and the workflow of each node is designed and realized.Embedded server and server Web site system are designed.LoRa communication test is completed,including coverage,penetration and power consumption test.The experiment also verified the function of nodes and networks.The laboratory’s continuous heating capacity verified the continuous operation of the network.The design of wireless measurement and control system based on LoRa technology is completed in this thesis.The results of experimental show that the hardware design is reasonable,and the communication network is stable.
