Because of its coating on the surface of the metal plate,the sealant can avoid metal defects on the surface,reduce or avoid corrosion and pollution,and at the same time,the chemical structure of the silicone resin sealant has excellent weatherability,physiological inertness,high and low temperature resistance,Insulation dielectric properties and surface hydrophobic properties,in various fields has been widely used,especially in the preparation of functional coatings has an extremely important use,such as high temperature,weather,radiation-resistant coatings,etc.The traditional sealant is mainly low-end polyacrylate sealants for dental molds containing fluoride fissure sealant,and water-based polyurethane sealants,in which the silicone sealant curing under high temperature conditions can be Film,which greatly reduced the scope of the use of sealant coating;the two systems synthesized in this paper silicone sealants and water-based polyurethane sealants can be cured at low or room temperature conditions,and has excellent corrosion resistance and Hardness and other properties.The research content is:1.The preparation of organic silicon resin blocking agent was synthesized with tetraethoxysilane(TEOS),methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS),Dimethyl dimethoxy silicane,organic siliconresin,Acetic Acid as the raw material.The hardness,and corrosion resistance were studied,through Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and SEM scanning electron microscopy are used to characterize the microstructure of resin film.Meanwhile,electrochemical experiments and the corrosion resistance behavior of resin film in different conditions are also carried out by utilizing alternating impedance and tafel polarization curve.Results showed that the molar ratio of TEOS to MTMS is 1:0.65,the ratio of reaction system for organic siliconresin is 3%,and The content of dimethyl-dimethoxy-silicane is 5%,the pH of reaction system is 4.5,the hardness of film is 5H,When the salt water immersion test can reach96 h,the film performance of leveling property in the Ni-plated nickel plate also is well.2.The preparation of organic silicon resin blocking agent was synthesized with tetraethoxysilane(TEOS),Phenyltrimethoxysilane(PTMEOS),Dimethyl dimethoxy silicane,organic siliconresin,Acetic Acid as the raw material.The hardness,and corrosion resistance were studied,through Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and SEM scanning electron microscopy and Thermogravimetric analysis are used to characterize the microstructure of resin film.Meanwhile,electrochemical experiments and the corrosion resistance behavior of resin film in different conditions are also carried out by utilizing alternating impedance and tafel polarization curve.Results showed that the molar ratio of TEOS to Phenyltrimethoxysilane is 1:1.03,the ratio of reaction system for organic siliconresin is 2%,and The content of dimethyl-dimethoxy-silicane is 3%,the pH of reaction system is 4.2,the hardness of film is 4H,When the salt water immersion test can reach 88 h,the film performance ofleveling property in the Ni-plated nickel plate also is well.3.The preparation of S-1003 polyurethane emulsion,wetting and dispersing agent,polyurethane leveling agent,defoamer,benzotriazole / methylbenzotriazole as raw material,through dilution,wetting and dispersion treatment to prepare excellent performance S-1003 water-based polyurethane sealant,the relationship between the ratio of raw materials in the system for the performance of the sealant was studied,the corrosion resistance of the sealant film coated on the nickel metal plate was analyzed,Leaf-transform infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet spectrophotometer,electrochemical(EIS,tafel),scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis of the capping agent film corresponding morphological and structural characterization.The results show that when the effective solid content of wetting and dispersing agent is1.5% and the effective solid content of S-1003 polyurethane emulsion is 5%,the hardness of the film formed on the nickel metal plate reaches 6H.
