| Xinjiang production and construction corps(hereinafter referred to as the corps)is located in the western border of the motherland.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the party and the state have attached great importance to the development of the XPCC.Accelerating the development of new urbanization is an inevitable requirement for the XPCC to play its "three functions" and "four roles" well,and also an important task for the XPCC to better play its mission.In recent years,the corps of the urban system gradually established,the corps of shihezi city as a typical urban construction,kuytun city,wujiaqu city,alar city urban system has formed,beitun agricultural city,city of iron door shut,double river city,city of dara can g,KunYu city and Euphrates poplar river city such as new cities to speed up the construction,to urban ecological civilization construction corps also follow up quickly.Ecological culture is the core concept of mainstream values of ecological civilization and an important support for the construction of ecological civilization.How to strengthen the construction of urban ecological culture in the process of urbanization of the XPCC based on the requirements of its special mission has become a major issue at present.Due to the special geographical location of the XPCC,the XPCC has attached great importance to ecological protection and assumed the role of ecological guardian in the border area since its establishment.In recent years,XPCC city has been committed to integrating the core concept of ecological culture into the construction of urban ecological civilization of XPCC.With the quickening pace of the construction of ecological civilization in XPCC cities and towns,it is an important task to promote the development of XPCC’s new-type urbanization to build an ecological culture concept with XPCC characteristics.Therefore,the author took the residents of shihezi city,alar city,tumushuk city and beitun city as the main research objects,combined with the relevant literature research,through the analysis of problems,to explore the reasons,put forward countermeasures to promote the construction of ecological culture in XPCC towns.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the background and significance of the research,analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas and methods.The second part defines the relevant concepts of the paper,proposes the theoretical support and theoretical sources of the paper,and analyzes the significance of ecological culture construction in the urbanization process of the XPCC.The third part adopts the methods of literature research and field research to elaborate the current situation of ecological culture construction in the urbanization process of the XPCC.The fourth part USES the questionnaire survey,the literature research and the field investigation method,analyzes the corps town ecological culture construction existence question.This is mainly due to the poor ecological literacy of the XPCC’s urban residents,the lack of attraction of public ecological cultural activities in XPCC’s urban areas,the lack of ecological cultural governance mechanism in XPCC’s urban areas,and the weak construction of ecological cultural infrastructure in XPCC’s urban areas.Based on the actual situation of the XPCC,the fifth part puts forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems in the construction of ecological culture in XPCC cities and towns.Second,we will improve the supply of public eco-cultural products in XPCC cities and towns and improve the quality of eco-cultural services.Third,strengthen the construction of ecological culture system and improve the efficiency of ecological culture governance;Fourth,we will strengthen the construction of ecological and cultural facilities in XPCC cities and towns and build characteristic ecological towns.The conclusion of this paper has practical reference value for further promoting the construction of ecological culture in XPCC towns. |
