The Research About Risk Acceptance Which Bases On The Environment Emergency By Psychological Distance

The panic which could be caused by the environmental emergency,has a larger extent of danger than itself.Now,many environmental events have occurred frequently in our country,which resulted in high environmental risk degree.Some serious conflicts which caused by several environmental emergency events had large negative influence on the society,as well as made a serious menacing impact on the economic development and the social safe.However,it is impossible to eliminate the entire risk,so it could be controlled and weakened only by the risk management.There is little opportunity to solve this problem only through the high-risk management technology and expectation which the public could take consequences.The innovation for the risk management is a desiderate task at present for our government.This thesis has used literature research method,adopted the psychological distance to be the point of penetration,in order to research the features of environment emergency and the situation of the acceptance for the risk by public;meantime,proposed and demonstrated the point how the environment emergency of risk acceptance degree has been influenced by the psychological distance.It has used the empirical research,questionnaire study and interview method.It has make the questionnaire for 400 citizens,and has demonstrated the special example which is the “Fujian Quangang C9 Spillage Accident”,and has interviewed 15 person,in order to propose and demonstrate the time distance,space distance,probability distance,interpersonal distance,information distance,professional distance,uncertainty,voluntary,and emotional distance,etc.,those 9 risk perception dimensionalities that how influenced the risk acceptance degree by public.At the basis of the traditional time distance,space distance and probability distance,it has come up with 6 new dimensionalities,and has built the integrated psychological distance dimensionality system.Any variation of its perception dimensionality could cause the change of psychological distance.The farer from its psychological distance someone stands,the stronger about his risk acceptance ability he has.The thesis has demonstrated different influence about risk acceptance degree of the public by different psychological distance.The emotional distance,space distance,probability distance and informational distance have larger effect;however,the uncertainty,time distance,interpersonal distance,professional distance and voluntary take the second place.On the account of the psychological distance system,the thesis has built the new frame of risk acceptance degree which influenced the environment emergency.From the point of increase psychological distance,intensity risk thought,and complete the evaluation system,is has come up with strategies and suggestions for increasing environment emergency risk acceptance degree,preserving nation safety,and keeping society stable.
